What Rebirth Does

Rebirth resets specific progression metrics while preserving companions, rods, currency, and island unlocks. In return, you gain permanent multipliers on Training Ground level gains and unlock higher companion level ceilings.

Community gameplay shows rebirth requirements gating Training Ground access — you need multiple rebirths before the training system fully opens. Plan your first rebirth once you hit the level cap on starter companions.

When Should You Rebirth?

Rebirth when you have maximized current-tier training gains and hit level caps — not before. Premature rebirth wastes the investment in companion leveling that gets partially reset.

If the rebirth menu shows you meet requirements with meaningful multiplier gains, proceed immediately. Delaying rebirth after meeting requirements only wastes potential training efficiency on capped units.

Training Ground After Rebirth

Post-rebirth, visit the Training Ground and push key companions to the new level cap. Focus on your highest tier units first — leveling a legendary companion beats spreading experience across commons.

Each rebirth tier increases the maximum level and the multiplier per training session. This compounds over time into massive Fishing Power advantages for endgame fishing and sea beast content.

Experienced players plan rebirth chains around event schedules — rebirth just before an event if training bonuses stack, or after an event when you have accumulated resources for rapid re-leveling.
